Inter-American Development BankRodrigo Heresi is an economist at the Research Department of the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland and an M.A. in Economics from Universidad de Chile. Before the Ph.D., he worked as a research analyst at the Macroeconomic Analysis Division of the Central Bank of Chile.
